Email sending

CRM emails, nurture sequences and notifications are sent through the email account configured for your workspace. By default OutSurface’s own mail server is used.

To send from your own domain, ask your OutSurface admin to add your email account, then select it under Leads & CRM → Settings → Sender. For better delivery, make sure your domain’s SPF and DKIM records include the sending service.
