Team and roles
Open Settings → Team.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage team, integrations, settings and campaigns |
| Member | Create and approve content, reply in the inbox, manage leads |
| Viewer | View dashboards and data only |
Invite someone
- Click Invite, enter their email and choose a role.
- They get an email with a link to join (valid for a limited time). If they’re new to OutSurface they create an account from the link.
Resend or revoke pending invites from the list. Change roles with the dropdown, or remove a teammate. Your plan sets the number of seats.
