Create an account and sign in

Sign up

1. Go to ai.outsurface.com/os/signup.
2. Enter your name, work email and a password (at least 8 characters — the meter shows its strength), or choose Continue with Google / Microsoft if your workspace offers it.
3. Click Create account. You’re signed in straight away and taken to the onboarding wizard — see Add your first company.

A welcome email arrives a minute later with the same three getting-started steps.

Invited by a teammate? Use the link in your invite email instead of signing up separately — it adds you to the right workspace with the right role. See Team and roles.

Sign in

Go to ai.outsurface.com/os/login and use your email and password, or a social sign-in button. If your workspace allows it, you can also choose Email me a sign-in link and sign in from your inbox without a password.

Two-factor authentication

If two-factor authentication is turned on for your account, OutSurface asks for a code after your password — from your authenticator app, SMS or email, depending on how it was set up. Enter the code and click Verify and sign in.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
3. Open the email and choose a new password. The link works once and expires soon.

For security, the page shows the same message whether or not an account exists for that email.

Sign out

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out, or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K and type “sign out”.
