Plan and billing

Open Settings → Plan & billing.

What you’ll see

Your plan, billing cycle, status, next renewal, payment method, usage per company and invoices.

Choose or change a plan

1. Click Change plan (or Choose a plan during a trial).
2. Pick monthly or yearly (yearly shows the saving), the plan, and how many company slots you need.
3. Enter a coupon or referral code if you have one.
4. Check the price breakdown and click Continue to payment.

India-based workspaces pay in INR through PayU (cards and UPI, with automatic renewal); others pay in USD through PayPal. When you upgrade mid-cycle, unused time on your current plan is credited.

Renewals

Plans renew automatically. For PayU you’ll get an email the day before the debit. You’ll receive a receipt for every payment.

Cancel or resume

Click Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can Resume before then. After that the workspace is paused — your data is kept and you can choose a plan any time.

Payment problems

If a renewal fails, the workspace shows Past due and you have a few days to update your payment method before it’s paused.
