Get Google reviews in the social inbox (and reply with AI) and publish posts to your profile.
Connect
- Integrations → Google Business Profile → Connect.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the Business Profile and allow access.
- Pick the location in the card.
What happens
- Reviews arrive in Social inbox every hour with their star rating. Reply manually or let AI replies draft or send replies.
- Approved social posts also publish to Google as Business Profile posts, using the Google caption, image and a Learn more button to your call-to-action link.
