CRM settings
Lead defaults, duplicate checks, assignment, sender and WhatsApp provider.
- Lead defaults — default status, follow-up days, lead expiry.
- Duplicate check — match new leads to existing ones by email or phone.
- Assignment — default assignee or round-robin.
- Sender — the name and email account used for CRM emails.
- WhatsApp — provider (Meta Cloud API, 360dialog, Twilio, Gupshup, Interakt or a custom webhook), API key, phone number ID and sender number. See WhatsApp.
