Automations

Rules that run when leads are created or change.

Create a rule

1. Automations → New rule.
2. Trigger — e.g. lead created or status changed (to a specific status).
3. Conditions — optional filters on lead fields (source equals, value greater than…).
4. Actions — send an email or WhatsApp template, create an activity, assign the lead, change status and more. Actions can be delayed.
5. Turn the rule on and save.

The run log shows each run and whether its actions succeeded. For multi-step follow-ups that stop when the lead replies, use Sequences instead.
