Templates

Reusable messages for automations and manual follow-ups.

1. Templates → New template.
2. Choose Email, WhatsApp or SMS.
3. Write the subject (email) and body. Insert variables such as the lead’s name — the editor lists what’s available.
4. For WhatsApp messages you start (rather than replies), enter the approved template name from your WhatsApp provider; WhatsApp only delivers business-initiated messages that use an approved template.
