• Sentiment score — overall tone from negative to positive.
• Tone distribution — share of positive, neutral and negative mentions.
• Trend — how tone has changed over time.
• By engine — which engines are most and least favourable.
• Competitor framing — how competitors are described in the same answers.
• Words — the terms engines most associate with you (bigger = more frequent).

If an engine repeats something inaccurate or outdated, update the relevant page on your site, publish content that sets the record straight, and make sure your Workspace and companies profile is correct.
