Products and services

Your catalog of what you sell, and your logo. Open Settings → Products & services in the sidebar.

Why it matters

The AI uses this list when it replies to comments and messages, writes posts, articles and community replies, and plans ads — so it can name the right product, link to the right page and quote prices you’ve set (it never invents prices). It’s also the foundation for product-level AI visibility and e-commerce features.

Add items

• Add item — choose Product or Service, then name, category, description, price (with a note such as from or per month), currency, page URL, SKU and an image.
• Import from website — reads your site again and adds anything not already listed.
• Fill with AI — paste a menu, price list or description and AI turns it into items you can edit.

Items captured during onboarding appear here automatically. Switch Active off to stop the AI mentioning an item without deleting it.

Logo

Upload or change your logo at the top of the page. It’s used on generated images and as the default logo in your blog and social briefs. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. If your website shows a logo, OutSurface picks it up during onboarding.
