Prompts and answers

Prompts are the questions you want to win in AI answers. Everything in AI visibility is measured against them.

The dashboard

At the top you’ll see active prompts against your limit, the average answer score, how many prompts every engine mentions you for, how many no engine mentions you for (the best candidates for new content), and crawls left this month.

Add a prompt

1. Click Add prompt.
2. Write it the way a customer would ask — “which clinic does painless root canals in Banjara Hills”, not marketing copy. Up to 140 characters.
3. Choose a type (brand, non-brand, comparison, problem…) and a priority.
4. Click Save prompt.

Good prompt sets mix broad category questions, specific problems your customers have, comparisons with competitors and local questions.

Manage prompts

• Pause / resume — paused prompts aren’t crawled and don’t count toward your active limit.
• Edit / delete — from the row’s buttons.
• Filter and search — by type, priority or text.

Engines and schedule

Turn engines on or off in the Engines panel (your plan sets which are available). Automatic crawls runs every active prompt on your plan’s schedule. Crawl N answers runs everything now; it shows how many crawls it will use.

Read an answer

Click a prompt to open its answers. Pick an engine tab to read the full answer with your brand highlighted, the sources it cited (yours are marked You), attributes it associated with you, a note on how you were framed, and your score over time for that prompt.
